TimeScan,
the electronic alternative to the traditional timesheet, is a proven

Labor and Equipment
This module provides powerful labor and equipment data collection, entirely
replacing the traditional timesheet. Comprehensive reporting provides powerful
labor and equipment management. Information is made available for review just
a few minutes after the end of each shift, hence allowing for a faster decision
making process. Labor utilization information is loaded directly into you payroll
system and equipment information directly into your accounting system. The
full featured built-in cost control system provides powerful reporting of resource

Material Utilization
This module provides powerful material data collection. Information on material
utilized on site is easily an accurately captured by job, cost code and foreman.
This is especially important for high cost materials. Use the material information
to back up invoices to the owner or main contractor. This module can also be
utilized to control subcontractors' quantities. Back to the top 
Production
This module is a tool to easily capture information on the quantities produced
or installed throughout your various job sites and cost codes. It’s the
recording of the revenue side of your projects. As tasks are being completed
or at the end of a period, a week for example, your foremen will record the
quantity produced. This module will also allow you to upload and maintain a
budget within TimeScan. At any time you’ll be able to produce reports
comparing costs, entered via the Labor and Equipment module and the Material
module with your budget and the earned amounts entered via the Production module. Back to the top 
Inventory
This module is a full featured inventory control system for construction companies.
It’ll allow for a complete control of materials in your warehouses and
the transfer of material among them. It’ll provide you with alarms when
minimum quantities are reached and provide you with a tool to generate purchase
orders base on the materials and vendors. The material module is built-in to
the Inventory modules, so when you place a material this module will allocate
the quantity of material utilized to the corresponding cost code, job and foreman. Back to the top 
Equipment Mileage
This module is a tool to easily capture information on the hour-meter or odometer
of your equipment. This may be used to trigger scheduled maintenance process,
control fuel consumption and others. Back to the top 
Truck Loads
This module is a tool to easily capture information on the amount of material
transported to a job and cost code by material, piece of equipment and operator.
This module can also be utilized to control quantities of material provided
by outside subcontractors. Back to the top 
Dispatch
This module is a tool to distribute your labor and equipment throughout your
jobs ahead of time. It'll allow a dispatcher to use simple drop-down, drag
and drop screens to allocate people and equipment to specific job sites. Back to the top 
Reimbursement
This module is a tool to easily capture data on reimbursement for
expenses incurred by the employees. Meals, parking, transportation
and other expenses can be reported directly from your foremen
or superintendents. Data captured can be exported to your payroll

Absence
This module is a tool to report employee absence. The foreman or
superintendent can record every time an employee missed work
along with a corresponding reason. The TimeScan operator can
also add comments such as “didn’t sound sick” or “every
Monday”. TimeScan will keep a history of absences for lay
off or re-hiring purposes. Back to the top 
Bi-Directional Interface
This module provides an interface to
populate TimeScan’s database from your payroll and account
data. Data can be transferred via Microsoft Excel format or via
ODBC. You can load employees, equipment, cost codes and jobs directly
into TimeScan. The data captured by TimeScan can be uploaded to
your payroll and accounting systems via its standards interfaces. Back to the top

Fuel Consumption
Use this module to control the
amount of fuel consumed by your equipment. You can also
track the equipment hour meter. It will report consumption
by equipment, group of equipment, fuel truck, equipment and
fuel truck operators, hour meter, time and date.

Material Transport
This tool is designed to track the
transportation of material from one location to another within
the job site. The foreman will capture the type of material
hauled and its quantity, the time the material left source
location and the time it was delivered at the target location. It
will also report the operator and equipment performing the
service.
